PROCESSING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders of on stock items received Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
will be processed and shipped within 3 – 5 working days. Orders placed after 3 pm CET
and on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the next business day.
Items not available and items produced or adjusted as per requirements
of the customer will be shipped within 15-30 days or upon agreement.
In case your shipment package would be in any way damaged or show signs
of unauthorized entry, we strongly recommend you to inform the delivery company
immediately and not to accept such delivery.
All orders are shipped from our store Diamond Spot in Prague to selected countries
via DHL and to Czech republic via Czech Post. Shipping and packing cost is 20 euro.

WARRANTY AND RETURN

YUDC s. r. o. is responsible for material and manufacture defects
according to applicable law. The warranty period is two years from the time the goods
are received. The receipt is valid as a warranty certificate.
Warranty does not apply to any products, which in our opinion,
have been the subject to normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempt to repair,
negligence, accident or misuse. Misuse or any unauthorized modification, non-compliance
with care instructions or product information provided, or any use outside of the product´s
intended purpose voids the warranty as well as any guarantee provided by YUDC s. r. o.
Any warranty claim must be sent to our store in Prague in writing
and by registered letter, immediately upon discovery of the defect.
The letter must include a detailed description of the defect.

WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT
The consumer can and may withdraw from the agreement (unless otherwise stipulated below)
within a period of 14 days commencing on the day of receiving the goods (purchase agreements),
receiving the last delivery (purchase agreement of several types of goods or delivery of several parts),
receiving the first delivery (ongoing contracts). The costs incurred in association with returning
the goods are carried out by the consumer.
We offer an exchange or refund only for items free of scratches, blemishes, and alterations,
without signs of wear and tear.
The consumer cannot withdraw from the agreement if the goods were produced and/or adjusted
as per the requirements of the customer.
Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of
the item excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after
the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using
the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
YUDC s. r. o. reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product.
